August 2005 - The Society, in conjunction with Springer, is pleased to announce the launch of JNIP, the official journal of the Society on NeuroImmune Pharmacology.

JNIP is envisioned as an interdisciplinary journal that will translate the scientific focus of our Society into a peer-reviewed platform for exciting new discoveries, original research, expert opinions, and focused reviews.

The journal will interface the disciplines of immunology, pharmacology, experimental neuroscience and drug development. It will highlight research into the pathogenesis and pharmacology of brain disorders that engage the immune system, biological consequences of drugs of abuse, receptor cell signaling, neurodegenerative disorders, neurovirology, neuropharmacology and immunopharmacology.
